Patience, experience and hard work are three concepts that define us, as three are the natural parks surrounding our farm which is located in the mountain & hill ranges known as the Serrania de Ronda. These “sierras” ensure that our produce, the grapes, bear exclusive and absolutely surprising characteristics, wich are reflected in the bouquet and taste of our wines.

A perfect enclave for vine cultivation and the production of a grape of great quality since early Roman times, where Friedrich Schatz has been a pioneer in the recovery of the viticultural tradition in Ronda.
