Furthermore, there is a special microclimate (hot days and cool nights), which offers ideal conditions for producing top quality red, white and ros\u00e9 wines.<\/p>\n<p>The vineyard extends down a gentle south-facing slope with good soil cover, Frank-Silt-Clay-Sandy texture, being healthy due to its good aeration and permeability qualities.
